You have 5 calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel your service subscription. Cancellation of service subscriptions will only be honored if the claim is made within 5 days of subscription. To cancel, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and send a written communication via email to info@dslab.in with a valid reason/evidence for the cancellation.
In the case of service subscriptions, 10% or more of the amount will be deducted, depending on the nature of the services, and the remaining amount will be refunded if the cancellation claim is made within 5 days of subscription. Refund requests must be accompanied by written communication via email to info@dslab.in, including evidence supporting the specific situation.
Refunds will not be available after the 5-day period. If your service cancellation is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
